RESUME OF FAILURES
I define failure as making a mistake and then not learning from it and repeating it over and over again.
Biggest Mistakes Made
When I first started in my coaching/consulting business I invited in a business partner. I soon realized that when it came to decision making I wanted to be in control and had never co-owned a business before. I had to void the partnership and re-start the company on my own. This was a set-back for me emotionally and it took awhile until I realized it wasn’t about not having a partner it was about having a like-minded partner who I could make decisions with.
I now have a business partner who I adore and love doing business with and this works perfectly well.
By learning about myself and who is/was a fit and how I do business best I learned from this experience that you have to know yourself before you rush into a partnership. It’s more like a marriage 🙂
I now am guided by knowing myself and how I like to live, work and play and constantly trusting my inner guidance system vs. money goals.
I’ve never had any fear of failure. I am always driving and ALL ways to find a way or make a way.
I’m not a quitter – I make things happen.
